'Lord Shall' in the Bible

And all the Prophets prophesied even so, saying, "Go up to Ramoth in Gilead and prosper, for the LORD shall deliver it into the hand of the king."

And see here, Amariah the priest which is head over you in all matters of the LORD; and Zebadiah the son of Ishmael, a ruler in the house of Judah, he is over all causes concerning the king, with officers of the Levites before you.
