23Epaphras, my fellow prisoner in the Messiah Jesus, sends you greetings,

24as do Mark, Aristarchus, Demas, and Luke, my fellow workers.

Therefore, as a fellow elder, a witness of the Messiah's sufferings, and one who shares in the glory to be revealed, I appeal to the elders among you:

Each of them was given a white robe. They were told to rest a little longer until the number of their fellow servants and their brothers was completed, who would be killed as they themselves had been.
