So Moses hearkened to the voice of his father-in-law, and did all that he had said. And Moses chose able men out of all Israel, and made them heads over the people, rulers of thousands, rulers of hundreds, rulers of fifties, and rulers of tens, and they judged the people at all seasons. Thou shall not follow a multitude to do evil, neither shall thou speak in a case to turn aside after a multitude to distort [justice], neither shall thou favor a poor man in his case.

Thou shall not distort the justice [due] to thy poor in his case. Keep thee far from a FALSE matter. And do not kill an innocent and righteous man, for I will not justify a wicked man. And thou shall take no bribe, for a bribe blinds those who have sight, and perverts the words of the righteous.

And I will take from the Spirit which is upon thee, and will put it upon them, and they shall bear the burden of the people with thee, that thou not bear it thyself alone.

And Moses went out, and told the people the words of LORD. And he gathered seventy men of the elders of the people, and set them round about the tent. And LORD came down in the cloud, and spoke to him, and took from the Spirit that was upon him, and put it upon the seventy elders. And it came to pass, that, when the Spirit rested upon them, they prophesied, but they did so no mor

And I spoke to you at that time, saying, I am not able to bear you myself alone. LORD your God has multiplied you, and, behold, ye are this day as the stars of heaven for multitude.
