Condescension of God » Scriptures relating to
But God setteth out his love that he hath to us; Seeing that while we were yet sinners; Christ died for us.

What is man, that thou art mindful of him? And what is the son of man that thou visitest him? Thou madest him lower than the angels, to crown him with glory and worship. Thou makest him to have dominion of the works of thy hands; and thou hast put all things in subjection under his feet -
Who is like unto the LORD our God, that hath his dwelling so high; which humbleth himself to behold the things that are in heaven and earth?
LORD, what is man, that thou hast such respect unto him? Or the son of man, that thou so regardest him?
Thus sayeth the LORD, even the holy one and maker of Israel: Ask me of things for to come, concerning my sons; and put me in remembrance, as touching the works of my hands.
