At that time Michael the great prince who stands watch over your people will rise up. There will be a time of distress such as never has occurred since nations came into being until that time. But at that time all your people who are found written in the book will escape. so that, having died to sins,
we might live for righteousness;
you have been healed by His wounds.
For Christ’s love compels us, since we have reached this conclusion: If One died for all, then all died.
The one who has the Son has life. The one who doesn’t have the Son of God does not have life.
So Jesus said to them, “I assure you: Unless you eat the flesh of the Son of Man and drink His blood, you do not have life in yourselves.
And you were dead in your trespasses and sins
and the shadow of death,
to guide our feet into the way of peace.

This is the bread that comes down from heaven so that anyone may eat of it and not die. I am the living bread that came down from heaven. If anyone eats of this bread he will live forever. The bread that I will give for the life of the world is My flesh."
But the gift is not like the trespass. For if by the one man’s trespass the many died, how much more have the grace of God and the gift overflowed to the many by the grace of the one man, Jesus Christ.
For sin, seizing an opportunity through the commandment, deceived me, and through it killed me.
For those whose lives are according to the flesh think about the things of the flesh, but those whose lives are according to the Spirit, about the things of the Spirit. For the mind-set of the flesh is death, but the mind-set of the Spirit is life and peace.

There is nothing better for man than to eat, drink, and to enjoyhis work. I have seen that even this is from God's hand. For who can eat and who can enjoy life apart from Him? For to the man who is pleasing in His sight, He gives wisdom, knowledge, and joy, but to the sinner He gives the task of gathering and accumulating in order to give to the one who is pleasing in God's sight. This too is futile and a pursuit of the wind.

But these are written so that you may believe Jesus is the Messiah, the Son of God, and by believing you may have life in His name.
Now if Christ is in you, the body is dead because of sin, but the Spirit is life because of righteousness.
So, you too consider yourselves dead to sin but alive to God in Christ Jesus.
And do not offer any parts of it to sin as weapons for unrighteousness. But as those who are alive from the dead, offer yourselves to God, and all the parts of yourselves to God as weapons for righteousness.

Then He told them, "These are My words that I spoke to you while I was still with you-that everything written about Me in the Law of Moses, the Prophets, and the Psalms must be fulfilled."
