And, when He came near, seeing the city, He wept over it, saying, "If you knew, in this your day??ven you??he things pertaining to peace! but just now were they hid from your eyes! Because the days will come upon you, when your enemies will cast a rampart about you, and compass you round, and hem you in on all sides; and they will dash you to the ground, and your children within you; and shall not leave in you a stone upon a stone; because you knew not the season of your visitation."
