Let the elders that rule well be counted worthy of double honor, especially those who labor in the word and in teaching.

Remember those who are taking the lead among you, men that spoke the Word of God to you. Consider their behavior and imitate their faith.
They went through the towns and delivered to the believers the rules decided upon by the apostles and elders in Jerusalem. They told them to obey those rules.
Is any among you sick? Let him call the elders of the congregation. Let them pray over him, anointing him with oil in the name of God. The prayer of faith will save the sick person. God will raise him up; and if he committed sins, it will be forgiven him.
