15 Bible Verses about Consciousness

Now we know that whatsoever the law saith, it saith to them that are under the law; that every mouth may be stopped, and all the world be found guilty before God. Therefore no flesh shall be justified in his sight by the works of the law; for by the law is the knowledge of sin.

For in him we live and move, and have our being; as certain likewise of your own poets have said, For we are also his offspring.

Otherwise would they not have ceased to be offered? Because the worshipers, having been once purged, would have had no more consciousness of sins.

By the hypocrisy of them that speak lies, having their own consciences seared as with an hot iron:

Having a good conscience, that whereas they speak against you as evil doers, they may be ashamed who falsely accuse your good conversation in Christ.

Whereas the end of the commandment is love, out of a pure heart and a good conscience, and faith unfeigned,

I thank God, whom I serve from my forefathers with a pure conscience, that I have remembrance of thee in my prayers without ceasing night and day,
