Beloved, believe not every spirit, but try the spirits, whether they are of God, because many false prophets are gone out into the world.

But I fear lest as the serpent deceived Eve through his subtilty, so your minds should be corrupted from simplicity toward Christ.

And Jesus answering said, Take heed that no man deceive you.

For such are false apostles, deceitful workers, transforming themselves into apostles of Christ. And no marvel; for Satan himself is transformed into an angel of light.
