But the fruit of the Spirit is love, joy, peace, long-suffering, gentleness, goodness, fidelity, Meekness, temperance; against such there is no law.

If any one be ever so religious, and bridleth not his tongue, but deceiveth his own heart, this man's religion is vain.

Speak not evil one of another, brethren. He that speaketh evil of his brother and judgeth his brother, speaketh evil of the law, and judgeth the law. But if thou judgest the law, thou art not a doer of the law, but a judge. There is one lawgiver that is able to save and to destroy: Who art thou that judgest another?

But avoid foolish and unlearned questions, knowing that they beget strife: And a servant of the Lord must not strive, but be gentle toward all men,
