Be not deceived; God is not mocked; for whatever a man soweth, that shall he also reap;

For he determined beforehand that those whom he foreknew should be conformed to the image of his Son, in order that he might be the firstborn among many brethren.

For we are his workmanship, created in Christ Jesus unto good works, which God before prepared that we should walk in them.

We know moreover that all things work together for good to those who love God, to those who are called according to his purpose.

but we speak Gods wisdom in a mystery, the hidden wisdom, which God determined on before the world was, for our glory; which none of the rulers of this world comprehended; for had they comprehended it, they would not have crucified the Lord of glory; but, as it is written: "The things which eye hath not seen, and ear hath not heard, and which have not entered into the heart of man, the great things which God hath prepared for those that love him."

so that no one should be shaken by these afflictions; for yourselves know that to this we are appointed;

for God did not appoint us to wrath, but to obtain salvation through our Lord Jesus Christ,

Now before the feast of the passover, Jesus, knowing that his hour had come that he should depart out of this world to the Father, having loved his own who were in the world, loved them unto the end.

And I saw the dead, the great and the small, standing before the throne, and books were opened; and another book was opened, which is the book of life; and the dead were judged out of the things written in the books, according to their works.
