She kept asking Joseph day after day. He refused to go to bed with her or be with her. One day he went into the house to do his work. None of the household servants were there. She grabbed him by his coat and said: Come to bed with me! But he ran outside and left his coat in her hand.

Be on the watch all the time. Pray for the strength to escape all these things in order to stand before the Son of man.

They will hunger no more, nor thirst any more; neither shall the sunlight beat down on them, nor any heat. The Lamb who is in the middle of the throne will feed them and lead them to living fountains of water. God will wipe away all tears from their eyes.

No temptation has overtaken you except what is common to man. God is faithful and he will not allow you to be tempted beyond your limits. He will make a way out, that you will be able to endure it.

For God has not appointed us to experience his wrath, but to obtain salvation by our Lord Jesus Christ.
