Flee from youthful lusts and pursue righteousness, faith, love, and peace, with those who call on the Lord with a clean heart. But refuse foolish and ignorant speculations, knowing they produce quarrels (controversy) (fighting). He should instruct those who oppose using meekness. Perhaps God will give them repentance that they may know the truth.
Let us walk honestly as in the daytime, not in rioting and drunkenness, not in sexual immorality and loose conduct, not in strife and jealousy.
Children are an inheritance from Jehovah. They are a blessing from him.
