When a man seduces a virgin who is not engaged to anyone and has sexual intercourse with her, he must pay the bride price and marry her.
Guard yourselves! Your heart could be deceived. You could turn away and serve other gods and worship them.

To avoid temptation watch and pray. The spirit truly is willing but the flesh is weak.
Those on the rock are those who receive the word with joy. These have no root. They believe for a while and in time of temptation fall away.
Forgive us our sins. For we also forgive everyone who sins against us. And keep us from temptation.
No temptation has overtaken you except what is common to man. God is faithful and he will not allow you to be tempted beyond your limits. He will make a way out, that you will be able to endure it.
Those who are determined to be rich fall into a temptation and a snare and many foolish and hurtful lusts. These draw men into ruin and destruction.
We do not have a high priest who is not able to sympathize with our infirmities (weaknesses). He was tested in all things like ourselves. Yet he was without sin!
Each man is tempted when he is drawn away by his evil desire (lust). He is enticed (allured).
