Whose mouths speak deceit, whose right hand is a right hand of falsehood.
This is like a mad man who throws firebrands, arrows, and death. So is the man who deceives his neighbor, and says: I was only joking.
Everyone deceives his neighbor and does not speak the truth. They have taught their tongue to speak lies. They wear themselves out committing sin.

But evil men and impostors will become worse and worse, deceiving and being deceived.

They are filled with all unrighteousness, fornication, wickedness, covetousness, maliciousness; full of envy, murder, strife, deceit, evil mindedness; they are whisperers,
Like cages filled with birds, their houses are filled with deceit. That is why they become powerful and rich.
