But when ye pass the Jordan and dwell in the land which the LORD your God gives you to inherit and when he gives you rest from all your enemies round about, so that ye dwell in safety,

And to Benjamin he said, The beloved of the LORD shall dwell in safety by him; and the LORD shall cover him all the day long, and he shall dwell between his shoulders.

As we have heard, so have we seen in the city of the LORD of the hosts, in the city of our God; God will establish it for ever. Selah.

behold, I will gather them out of all countries where I have driven them in my anger, in my fury and in great wrath; and I will bring them again unto this place, and I will cause them to dwell safely: and they shall be my people, and I will be their God:

What shall we then say to these things? If God is for us, who shall be against us?

and thou shalt forget thy misery and remember it as waters that passed away; and thine age shall be clearer than the noonday; thou shalt shine forth, thou shalt be as the morning. And thou shalt trust because there is hope; yea, thou shalt dig and sleep in safety; thou shalt lie down, and no one shall make thee afraid; and many shall make requests unto thee.

The name of the LORD is a strong tower: the righteous shall run into it, and be raised up.

The fear of man brings a snare, but whosoever puts his trust in the LORD shall be lifted up.

And if it is stolen from him, he shall make restitution unto its owner. If it is torn in pieces, then let him bring witness, and he shall not make good that which was torn. And if anyone borrows anything of his neighbour, and it is hurt or dies, its owner not being with it, he shall surely make it good. But if its owner is with it, he shall not make it good; if it was hired, it came for its hire.

Moreover, I said unto the king, If it pleases the king, let letters be given me to the captains on the other side of the river, that they may convey me over until I come into Judah,

and provide them beasts that they may set Paul on and bring him safe unto Felix the governor.

And Judah and Israel dwelt safely, each one under his vine and under his fig tree, from Dan even to Beersheba, all the days of Solomon.

And in those times there was no peace to him that went out, nor to him that came in, but great destruction upon all the inhabitants of the lands.

Mercy and truth preserve the king, and his throne is upheld by mercy.

Listen to your pastors, and do not resist them, for they watch for your souls as those that must give account, that they may do it with joy, and not with grief; for that is unprofitable for you.
