'Leads' in the Bible

‘The one who leads a blind person astray on the road is cursed.’And all the people will say, ‘Amen!’

Everyone in the countryside was weeping loudly while all the people were marching past. As the king was crossing the Kidron Valley, all the people were marching past on the road that leads to the desert.

He leads counselors away barefootand makes judges go mad.

He leads priests away barefootand overthrows established leaders.

He makes nations great, then destroys them;He enlarges nations, then leads them away.

What road leads to the place where light is dispersed?Where is the source of the east wind that spreads across the earth?

For the Lord watches over the way of the righteous,but the way of the wicked leads to ruin.

He lets me lie down in green pastures;He leads me beside quiet waters.

He renews my life;He leads me along the right pathsfor His name’s sake.

He leads the humble in what is rightand teaches them His way.

God provides homes for those who are deserted.He leads out the prisoners to prosperity,but the rebellious live in a scorched land.

The labor of the righteous leads to life;the activity of the wicked leads to sin.

Genuine righteousness leads to life,but pursuing evil leads to death.

The desire of the righteous turns out well,but the hope of the wicked leads to wrath.

The thoughts of the righteous are just,but guidance from the wicked leads to deceit.

There is life in the path of righteousness,but another path leads to death. >

Arrogance leads to nothing but strife,but wisdom is gained by those who take advice.

There is profit in all hard work,but endless talk leads only to poverty.

For the discerning the path of life leads upward,so that he may avoid going down to Sheol.

A man’s own foolishness leads him astray,yet his heart rages against the Lord.

The fear of the Lord leads to life;one will sleep at night without danger.

The one who leads the upright into an evil waywill fall into his own pit,but the blameless will inherit what is good.

He protects His flock like a shepherd;He gathers the lambs in His armsand carries them in the fold of His garment.He gently leads those that are nursing.

This is what the Lord, your Redeemer, the Holy One of Israel says:I am Yahweh your God,who teaches you for your benefit,who leads you in the way you should go.

My people consult their wooden idols,and their divining rods inform them.For a spirit of promiscuity leads them astray;they act promiscuouslyin disobedience to their God.

“Enter through the narrow gate. For the gate is wide and the road is broad that leads to destruction, and there are many who go through it.

How narrow is the gate and difficult the road that leads to life, and few find it.

But it must not be like that among you. On the contrary, whoever is greatest among you must become like the youngest, and whoever leads, like the one serving.
