'Lived' in the Bible
Now the birth of Jesus the Messiah happened in this way. When his mother Mary was engaged to Joseph, before they lived together she was discovered to be pregnant by the Holy Spirit.
He came to a town called Nazareth and lived there. Then what had been spoken by the prophets was fulfilled, that Jesus would be called a Nazarene.
This man John wore a garment of camel's hair, and a loincloth of leather; and he lived upon locusts and wild honey.
And leaving Nazareth, he went [and] lived in Capernaum by the sea, in the region of Zebulun and Naphtali,
"You have heard that it was told those who lived long ago, "You are not to commit murder,' and, "Whoever murders will be subject to punishment.'
"Again, you have heard that it was told those who lived long ago, "You must not swear an oath falsely,' but, "You must fulfill your oaths to the Lord.'
Yet he has no root in himself, but is short-lived. When pressure or persecution comes because of the word, immediately he stumbles.
and you say, ‘If we had lived in the days of our fathers, we wouldn’t have taken part with them in shedding the prophets’ blood.’
