'Poured' in the Bible

Jacob erected a pillar of stone at that very place where God had spoken to him. He poured a drink offering over it, anointed it with oil,

Then Moses went out of the city from Pharaoh and spread out his hands to the LORD. The thunder and hail stopped, and the rain no longer poured out on the land.

You are to make its plates, dishes, jars, and bowls from which libations will be poured, and you are to make them of pure gold.
