'Territory' in the Bible
"Son of man, set your face [toward] the way of [the] south, and preach to [the] south, and prophesy against the forest of the territory of the Negev.
I'll darken the bright lights in the sky above you and bring darkness to your territory,' declares the Lord GOD.
