Know this also, that the LORD hath chosen to himself the man that is godly; when I call upon the LORD, he will hear me.

Simeon told how God at the beginning did visit the gentiles, and received of them people unto his name.


For thou art a holy people unto the LORD thy God, and the LORD hath chosen thee to be a several people unto himself, of all the nations that are upon the earth.
