Of this gospel I was made a minister according to the gift of God's grace which was given me by the working of his power. To me, though I am the very least of all the saints, this grace was given, to preach to the Gentiles the unsearchable riches of Christ, and to make plain to everyone the administration of the mystery which for ages has been hidden in God who created all things; so that the manifold wisdom of God might now be made known through the church to the rulers and authorities in the heavenly places. So it is not the will of your Father who is in heaven that one of these little ones should perish.

But whoever keeps his word, truly the love of God is perfected in him. By this we know that we are in him:

But you are a chosen race, a royal priesthood, a holy nation, a people for God's own possession, that you may declare the praises of him who called you out of darkness into his marvelous light.

give thanks in all circumstances; for this is God's will for you in Christ Jesus.
