And Peter, taking Him aside, began to rebuke Him, saying, "God be merciful to Thee! this shall not be to Thee."
And He spake the saying openly. And Peter took Him, and began to rebuke Him.
Then were brought to Him little children, that He might put His hands on them and pray; and the disciples rebuked them.

preach the word; be urgent in season, out of season; reprove, rebuke, exhort, with all long-suffering and teaching.
holding fast the faithful word which is according to the teaching, that he may be able both to exhort in the healthful doctrine, and to convict those who contradict.
My brethren, if anyone among you be led astray from the truth, and one convert him; let him know that he who converted a sinner from the error of his way, will save a soul from death, and cover a multitude of sins.
and ye have forgotten the exhortation which, indeed, reasons with you as with sons: "My son, do not lightly regard the chastening of the Lord; neither faint, when reproved by Him;
for whom the Lord loveth, He chasteneth, and scourgeth every son whom He acknowledgeth."
