and have given them unto Aaron and his sons from among the children of Israel, to do the service of the children of Israel in the tabernacle of witness and to make an atonement for the children of Israel, that there be no plague among the children of Israel, if they come nigh unto the sanctuary."

Out of the portion of the children of Judah came the inheritance of the children of Simeon. For the part of the children of Judah was too much for them: and therefore the children of Simeon had their inheritance in the inheritance of them.

And when the children of Israel heard say, "Behold the children of Reuben, the children of Gad and the half tribe of Manasseh have built an altar in the forefront of the land of Canaan in the borders of Jordan on the side of the children of Israel":
