And he came up, and touched the bier; and they who bore it stood still; and he said, Young man, I say to thee, Rise. And he that was dead sat up and began to speak; and he gave him to his mother.

On this account the Father loveth me, because I lay down my life, that I may take it again. No one taketh it from me, but I lay it down of myself. I have authority to lay it down, and I have authority to take it again; this charge I received from my Father.

Marvel not at this; for the hour is coming, in which all that are in the tombs will hear his voice, and will come forth, they that have done good, to a resurrection of life; they that have done evil, to a resurrection of condemnation.
