where, him, they crucified; and, with him, other two, on this side and on that, and, in the midst, Jesus.

For I had not determined to know anything among you, save Jesus Christ, - and, him, as one who had been crucified!

And the centurion, beholding that which came to pass, began to glorify God, saying - In very deed, this man, was, righteous.

The soldiers, therefore, came; and, of the first, indeed, brake the legs, and of the other who was crucified with him, - but coming, unto Jesus, when they saw that, already, he was dead, they brake not his legs; -

Now there was an inscription also, over him - THE KING OF THE JEWS, THIS!

And Pilate wrote a title also, and placed on the cross; and there was written - JESUS, THE NAZARENE, THE KING OF THE JEWS.

And they crucify him, and part asunder his garments, casting a lot upon them - who should have anything.

The soldiers, therefore, when they had crucified Jesus, took his garments and made four parts, unto each soldier, a part; also the tunic. Howbeit, the tunic was without seam, from above, woven throughout.

The other disciples, therefore, were saying unto him - We have seen the Lord! But, he, said unto them - Except I see, in his hands, the print of the nails, and press my finger into the print of the nails, and press my hand into his side, in nowise will I believe.

And, having crucified him, they parted among themselves his garments, casting a cloth;
