For when I was hungry, you gave me something to eat, when I was thirsty you gave me something to drink, when I was a stranger you welcomed me to your homes,
For when I was hungry you gave me nothing to eat, when I was thirsty you gave me nothing to drink,
when I needed clothes you put them on me, when I was sick you looked after me, when I was in prison you came to see me.'
Do the opposite. If your enemy is hungry, give him something to eat. If he is thirsty, give him something to drink, for if you act in this way, you will heap burning coals upon his head!
But when you give a reception, make it your habit to invite people that are poor, maimed, crippled, or blind.

The disciples said to Him, "Where in this destitute place can we get bread enough to satisfy such a crowd?"
Then He took the five loaves and two fish and looked up to heaven and blessed them, and He broke them in pieces and gave them to the disciples to pass on to the people.
A curse on you who live in luxury now, for you will be hungry. A curse on you who laugh now, for you will mourn and weep.
"Why was this perfume not sold for sixty dollars and the money given to the poor?"
