52 Bible Verses about Love, For One Another

For the whole law is summed up in one saying, "You must love your neighbor as you do yourself."

The second is like it: 'You must love your neighbor as you do yourself.'

And this is the second, 'You must love your neighbor as you do yourself.' No other command is greater than these."

This is my command to you, to keep on loving one another as I have loved you.

Love never does a wrong to one's neighbor; so love is the perfect satisfaction of the law.

Now as to brotherly love, you have no need of anyone's writing you, for you have yourselves been taught by God to love one another,

You must let your brotherly love continue.

But if you really observe the law of the King in accordance with the Scripture, "You must love your neighbor as you do yourself," you are doing right;

Show honor to everyone. Practice love for the brotherhood; practice reverence to God and honor to the Emperor.

His command is this, that we should believe in the name of His Son Jesus Christ and practice loving one another, just as He commanded us to do.

This is the command that we get from Him, that whoever loves God loves his brother too.

Dearly beloved, if God has loved us so, we ought to love one another too.

Yes, the overscrupulous brother, for whom Christ died, is ruined by your so-called knowledge. Now if in such a way you sin against your brothers and wound their overscrupulous consciences, you are actually sinning against Christ. So then, if food can make my brother fall, I will never, no, never, eat meat again, in order to keep my brother from falling.

We know what love is from the fact that He laid down His life for us; and so we ought to lay down our lives for our brothers.

Whoever continues to love his brother is always in the light, and he is no hindrance to others.

We know that we have passed out of death into life, because we love our brothers. Whoever does not continue to love continues still in death.

Dearly beloved, let us practice loving one another, because love originates with God, and everyone who practices loving is a child of God and knows God by experience.

Above everything else keep your love for one another fervent, because love covers up a multitude of sins.
