About this time as Jesus passed through the cornfields on the sabbath-day, his disciples being hungry began to pluck the ears of corn, and to eat them.
And as He was going thro' the corn-fields on the sabbath-day, his disciples began as they went along to pluck the ears of corn.
And it came to pass on the second-sabbath after the first, that as He was passing through the corn-fields, his disciples plucked the ears of corn, and rubbed them in their hands and ate them.
upon which He saith to his disciples, The harvest indeed is plentiful, but the laborers few:
And He said unto them, The harvest indeed is great, but the laborers are few: pray therefore to the Lord of the harvest, that He would send out workmen to his harvest.

If we then have sown unto you spiritual things, is it a great matter if we reap your carnal things?
Be not deceived, God is not to be mocked: for whatever a man soweth, that shall he also reap. He then, who soweth to his flesh, shall of the flesh reap corruption; but he, that soweth to the Spirit, shall of the Spirit reap life everlasting. And let us not be weary in doing good: for in due season we shall reap, if we faint not.
But this I say, He that soweth sparingly shall reap also sparingly; and he that soweth bountifully shall also reap bountifully.
And let us not be weary in doing good: for in due season we shall reap, if we faint not.
And may He, who supplieth seed to the sower, and giveth bread for food, furnish and multiply your sowing, and increase the fruits of your bounty:)
