Finally, my brethren, be strong in the Lord and in the power of his might.

Now our Lord Jesus Christ himself and God, even our Father, who has loved us and has given us eternal consolation and good hope through grace, comfort your hearts and confirm you in every good word and work.
And I thank Christ Jesus our Lord, who has enabled me, for he counted me faithful, putting me into the ministry,
For God has not given us the spirit of fear, but of strength and of love and of temperance.

But the Lord stood with me and strengthened me, that by me the preaching might be fully known and that all the Gentiles might hear, and I was delivered out of the mouth of the lion.
Thou, therefore, my son, be strong in the grace that is in Christ Jesus.
And now, brethren, I commend you to God and to the word of his grace, which is powerful to build you up and to give you an inheritance among all those who are sanctified.
But by the grace of God I am what I am; and his grace towards me was not in vain, for I laboured more abundantly than they all, yet not I, but the grace of God which was with me.
Be not taken out of the way with diverse and strange doctrines. For it is a good thing that the heart be established with grace, not with foods which have not profited those that have been occupied with them.
