18 Bible Verses about Being Calm

Be ye angry and sin not; let not the sun go down upon your wrath,

Therefore, my beloved brethren, let every man be quick to hear, slow to speak, slow to wrath;

For God has not given us the spirit of fear, but of strength and of love and of temperance.

He makes the storm a calm, so that its waves are still. Then they are glad because they are at rest; so he brings them into the haven of his will.

Let not your heart be troubled; ye believe in God, believe also in me.

Peace I leave with you, my peace I give unto you; not as the world gives, give I unto you. Let not your heart be troubled, neither let it be afraid.
