Be sensible and vigilant, because your adversary the Devil walks about like a roaring lion, seeking someone he may devour;

Keep your heart with all diligence; for out of it are the issues of life.

Beware of false prophets who come to you in sheep's clothing, but inwardly they are ravening wolves.

Understand, you beastly ones among the people; and fools, when will you be wise?

Hear instruction, and be wise, and do not refuse it. Blessed is the man who hears me, watching daily at my gates, waiting at the posts of my doors.

And Jesus answered and said to them, Take heed that no man deceive you. For many will come in My name, saying, I am Christ, and will deceive many.

And He charged them, saying, Take heed! Beware of the leaven of the Pharisees and of the leaven of Herod.

And I exhort you, brothers, to watch those making divisions and offenses contrary to the doctrine which you have learned, and avoid them.

Brothers, if a man is overtaken in a fault, you the spiritual ones restore such a one in the spirit of meekness, considering yourself, lest you also be tempted.

Only take heed to yourself and keep your soul carefully, lest you forget the things which your eyes have seen, and lest they depart from your heart all the days of your life. But teach them to your sons, and your sons' sons.

Only, diligently take heed to do the commands and the Law which Moses the servant of Jehovah commanded you, to love Jehovah your God, and to walk in all His ways, and to keep His commandments, and to cleave to Him, and to serve Him with all your heart and with all your soul.

And keep the charge of Jehovah your God, to walk in His ways, to keep His statutes, and His commandments, and His judgments, and His testimonies, as it is written in the Law of Moses, so that you may prosper in all that you do and wherever you turn yourself,

Therefore we ought to give the more earnest heed to the things which we have heard, lest at any time we should let them slip.

See that you do not refuse Him who speaks. For if they did not escape, those who refused him that spoke on earth, much more we shall not escape if we turn away from Him who speaks from Heaven,

We also have a more sure Word of prophecy, to which you do well to take heed, as to a light that shines in a dark place, until the day dawns and the Daystar arises in your hearts,

But no one can tame the tongue, it is an unruly evil, full of deadly poison.

For he that wants to love life and to see good days, let him restrain his tongue from evil, and his lips from speaking guile.

My eyes are ever toward Jehovah; for He shall pluck my feet out of the net.

O my Strength, let me look to You, for God is my strong tower.

A Song of degrees. To You I lift up my eyes, O Dweller in Heaven. Behold, as the eyes of servants look to the hand of their masters; as the eyes of a maiden to the hand of her mistress; so our eyes wait on Jehovah our God, until He shall have mercy on us.

But of that day and hour no one knows, no, not the angels in Heaven, nor the Son, but the Father. Take heed, watch and pray, for you do not know when the time is. As a man going away, leaving his house, and giving authority to his servants, and each man's work to him, and commanded the doorkeeper to watch.read more.

And Saul eyed David from that day and forward.
