and he said unto them, let us go into the neighbouring villages, that I may preach there likewise, for that was the design of my coming.
from that time Jesus began to preach, "Repent, said he, for the kingdom of the Messiah draws nigh."
But after John was put in prison, Jesus came into Galilee, spreading the good news of the kingdom of the Messiah. "the time, said he, is accomplish'd, and the kingdom of God is at hand: repent ye, and believe the gospel."
"the spirit of the Lord is upon me, because he hath anointed me to preach the gospel to the poor, he hath sent me to heal the broken hearted, to preach deliverance to the captives, and recovery of sight to the blind, to set at liberty them that are bruised, to proclaim the favourable year of the Lord."
