'Help Me' in the Bible

“Come up to me and help me, and let us attack Gibeon [with a combined army], because it has made peace with Joshua and with the sons (people) of Israel.”

Joab said [to Abishai], “If the Arameans are too strong for me, then you shall help me; but if the Ammonites are too strong for you, I will come to help you.

David went out to meet them and said to them, “If you have come peacefully to me to help me, my heart shall be united with you; but if you have come to betray me to my adversaries, since there is no violence or wrong in my hands, may the God of our fathers look on [what you are doing] and punish [you].”

He said, “If the Arameans are too strong for me, then you shall help me; but if the Ammonites are too strong for you, I will help you.

For he sacrificed to the gods of Damascus, which had defeated him, and he said, “Since the gods of the kings of Aram (Syria) helped them, I will sacrifice to them so that they may help me.” But they became the ruin and downfall of him and all of Israel.

Make haste to help me,O Lord, my Salvation.

Be pleased, O Lord, to save me;O Lord, make haste to help me.

They run and set themselves against me though there is no guilt in me;Stir Yourself to meet and help me, and see [what they are doing]!

O God, come quickly to save me;O Lord, come quickly to help me!

O God, do not be far from me;O my God, come quickly to help me!

Help me, O Lord my God;Save me according to Your lovingkindness—

The Lord is on my side, He is among those who help me;Therefore I will look [in triumph] on those who hate me.

All Your commandments are faithful and trustworthy.They have persecuted me with a lie; help me [Lord]!

Let Your hand be ready to help me,For I have chosen Your precepts.

Let my soul live that it may praise You,And let Your ordinances help me.

In fact, the Lord God helps Me;Who is he who condemns Me [as guilty]?Indeed, they will all wear out like a garment;The moth will eat them.

But the prince of the kingdom of Persia was standing in opposition to me for twenty-one days. Then, behold, Michael, one of the chief [of the celestial] princes, came to help me, for I had been left there with the kings of Persia.
