This is my commandment: That you love one another, as I have loved you. Greater love has no man than this, that one should lay down his life for his friends.
Love never fails; but whether there be gifts of prophecy, they shall have an end; or tongues, they shall cease; or knowledge, it shall have an end.
But alas for you, Pharisees! for you tithe mint and rue and every herb, and pass by the justice and the love of God; these you ought to have done, and those you ought not to have left undone.
By this shall all men know that you are my disciples, if you have love one for another.
If you keep my commandments, you shall abide in my love, even as I have kept my Father's commandments, and abide in his love.

But if your brother is grieved on account of your food, you no longer walk according to love. Do not, with your food, destroy him, for whom Christ died.

but speaking truthfully in love, we might grow up in all things, into him who is the head, even the Christ,

He that loves not, does not know God; for God is love.
In this the love of God was manifested toward us, that God sent his only-begotten Son into the world, that we might live through him.
In this is love; not that we loved God, but that he loved us, and sent his Son to be the expiation for our sins.
No one has seen God at any time. If we love one another, God dwells in us, and his love is perfected in us.
And we have known and believed the love which God has for us. God is love; and he that dwells in love, dwells in God, and God in him.
By this is our love made perfect, that we may have boldness in the day of judgment; because, as he is, so are we in this world.
There is no fear in love; but perfect love casts out fear, because fear has torment: he that fears is not made perfect in love.
For this is the love of God, that we keep his commandments; and his commandments are not burdensome.
grace be with you, mercy and peace from God the Father, and from the Lord Jesus Christ, the Son of the Father, in truth and love.
And this is -love, that we walk according to his commandments. This is the commandment, as you have heard from the beginning, that you should walk in it.

keep yourselves in the love of God, looking for the mercy of our Lord Jesus Christ, in order to eternal life.
I know your works, and your love, and your faith, and your service, and your patience, and your works, the last greater than the first.
