[Eventually] this Word became a human being and lived among us [Note: The word "lived" here refers to pitching a temporary tent]. (And we saw His splendor; such splendor as belongs to the Father's only Son), full of God's favor and truth.

this I have told you now, before it come to pass, that when it is come to pass, ye may believe. my conversation will now be but short with you,

And, wine falling short, the mother of Jesus saith unto him - Wine, have they none!

Then Jesus said, “I am only with you for a short time. Then I’m going to the One who sent Me.

He was a lamp that was burning and shining, and you wanted to rejoice greatly for a short time in his light.

Jesus replied to the crowd, "The light is among you only for a short time. Walk while you have the light, so that the darkness may not overtake you. The person who walks in the darkness is in the darkness and does not know where he is going.

Some of His disciples said to one another, “What does He mean when He tells us, ‘A little while, and you will not see Me; and again a little while, and you will see Me’; and, ‘because I am going to My Father’?”

Jesus knew that they wanted to ask Him, so He said to them, “Are you wondering among yourselves about what I meant when I said, ‘A little while, and you will not see Me, and again a little while, and you will see Me’?

He says to them, Come and see. They came and saw where He lived, and stayed with Him that day, for it was about the tenth hour.

Do not the Scriptures say that the Christ is to spring from David and to come from the village of Bethlehem where David lived?"

Now a man was sick; it was Lazarus who lived in Bethany, the village of Mary and her sister Martha.

Now six days before the Passover, Jesus came to Bethany where Lazarus lived, whom He had raised from the dead.

And will come out--those who have done good rising to Life, and those who have lived evil lives rising for condemnation.

And as he was now going down, his servants met him, saying, that his son lived.
