the twenty-four elders fall down before him who sits upon the throne, who lives for ever and ever; and they cast down their crowns before the throne, saying,

and the stars of heaven fell to the earth, as a fig tree casts down its unseasonable figs when shaken with a mighty wind,

And the first angel sounded his trumpet, and there was hail and fire mingled with blood, and it was cast down upon the earth: and a third part of the trees and every green herb was burnt up.
