so you also, when you see these signs, know that He is near, at the very doors.

On the evening of that same day, the first day of the week, although the doors of the room where the disciples gathered had been locked for fear of the Jews, Jesus came, and there he stood among them, saying. "Peace to you!"

So also do you, whenever you see these things happening, know that He is near, at your very door.

"and he from indoors shall answer. 'Do not pester me. The door is now closed, and my children are with me in bed. I cannot rise and give to you.'
