But, when one of you prays, let him go into his own room, shut the door, and pray to his Father who dwells in secret; and his Father, who sees what is secret, will recompense him.

Make room for us in your hearts. In no instance have we ever wronged, or harmed, or taken advantage of, any one.

There is room there for you, yet there is not room, in your love, for us.

Therefore, if people say to you 'He is in the Wilderness!', do not go out there; or 'He is in an inner room!', do not believe it;

And he who invited you both will come and say to you 'Make room for this man,' and then you will begin in confusion to take the lowest place.

Presently the servant said 'Sir, your order has been carried out, and still there is room.'

He will himself show you a large upstairs room, set out ready; and there make preparations for us."

There were a good many lamps in the upstairs room, where we had met;

And she gave birth to her first child, a son. And because there was no room for them in the inn, she swathed him round and laid him in a manger.

And to 'love him with all one's heart, and with all one's understanding, and with all one's strength,' and to 'love one's neighbor as one loves oneself' is far beyond all 'burnt-offerings and sacrifices.'"

I should wish every one to be just what I am myself. But every one has his own gift from God-one in one way, and one in another.

Can every one be an Apostle? can every one be a Preacher? can every one be a Teacher? can every one have supernatural powers?
