And Jesus went about all Galilee, teaching in their synagogues, and preaching the gospel of the kingdom, and healed all manner of sickness and all manner diseases among the people. And his fame spread abroad throughout all Syria: and they brought unto him all sick people that were taken with divers diseases and gripings, and them that were possessed with devils and those which were lunatic and those that had the palsy: and he healed them.





Then Jesus went away from thence, and came nigh unto the sea of Galilee, and went up in to a mountain, and sat down there. And much people came unto him, having with them halt, blind, dumb, maimed, and other many: and cast them down at Jesus' feet. And he healed them, insomuch that the people wondered, to see the dumb speak, the maimed whole; and the halt to go, the blind to see. And they glorified the God of Israel.

And in the morning, very early, Jesus arose and went out into a solitary place, and there prayed. And Simon and they that were with him followed after him. And when they had found him, they said unto him, "All men seek for thee." read more.
And he said unto them, "Let us go in to the next towns, that I may preach there also: for truly I came out for that purpose. And he preached in their synagogues, throughout all Galilee, and cast the devils out.

As soon as it was day, he departed and went away into a desert place, and the people sought him and came to him, and kept him that he should not depart from them. And he said unto them, "I must to other cities also preach the word of God, for therefore am I sent." And he preached in the synagogues of Galilee.

And when the men of that place had knowledge of him, they sent out into all that country round about, and brought unto him all that were sick, and besought him, that they might touch the hem of his vesture only. And as many as touched it, were made whole.

Even like as in time past it hath been well seen, that the land of Zebulun and the land of Naphtali, wherethrough the sea way goeth over Jordan in to the land of Galilee, was at the first in little trouble, but afterward sore vexed. The people that have dwelt in darkness, shall see a great light. As for them that dwell in the land of the shadow of death, upon them shall the light shine.

When Jesus had heard that John was taken, he departed into Galilee; and left Nazareth, and went and dwelt in Capernaum, which is a city upon the sea in the coasts of Zebulun and Naphtali: to fulfill that which was spoken by Isaiah the Prophet, saying, read more.
