reject therefore such an heretical man, after the first and second admonition; knowing that such a one is perverted,
But now I have written to you, not to associate with him, if any one, that is called a brother, be a whoremonger, or covetous, or an idolater, or a railer, or a drunkard, or rapacious; with such a one no not to eat.
for he is the minister of God to thee for good. But if thou dost evil, be afraid; for he beareth not the sword in vain: for he is also the minister of God, as an avenger to execute his wrath upon the malefactor.
of whom is Hymeneus and Alexander, whom I have delivered unto Satan, that they may learn not to blaspheme.
Now I exhort you, brethren, to mark those who cause divisions and offences, contrary to the doctrine which ye have learned:
of our Lord Jesus Christ, to deliver such a one unto Satan for the destruction of the flesh, that the spirit may be saved in the day of the Lord Jesus. Your boasting is not good.
And if thy brother trespass against thee, go and expostulate with him alone; if he hearken to thee, thou hast gained thy brother: but if he regard thee not, take with thee one or two more, that in the mouth of two or three witnesses every word may be established. And if he disregard them, tell it to the church: but if he disregard the church too, let him be unto thee as an heathen and a publican.

Brethren, if a man be overtaken in any fault, do ye, who are spiritual, restore such a one in the spirit of meekness; considering thyself, least thou also shouldst be tempted.
However do not look upon him as an enemy, but admonish him as a brother.
and is profitable for doctrine, for conviction, for correction, for instruction in righteousness; that the man of God may be complete, thoroughly fitted for every good work.
Take heed therefore to yourselves, and to all the flock, in which the holy Spirit hath appointed you bishops, to feed the church of God, which He purchased with his own blood.
Wherefore, my beloved brethren, let every man be swift to hear, slow to speak, slow to wrath:
