Believe me that I am in the Father and the Father in me; or else believe me for the sake of the works themselves.
So faith comes from hearing, and hearing by the word of Christ. But I ask, have they not heard? Indeed they have; for "Their voice has gone out to all the earth, and their words to the ends of the world."
He was in the world, and the world was made through him, and the world did not know him. He came to his own, and his own did not receive him. But to all who received him, to those who believed in his name, he gave the right to become children of God

But he who has doubts is condemned if he eats, because he does not act from faith; for whatever is not from faith is sin.
One man esteems one day as better than another; another man esteems every day alike. Let each one be fully convinced in his own mind. He who observes the day, observes it to the Lord. He who eats, eats to the Lord, for he gives thanks to God; and he who abstains, does so to the Lord and gives thanks to God. For none of us lives to himself, and none of us dies to himself.read more.
