in diligence, not slothful; in spirit, fervent, serving the Lord;

recompensing to no one evil for evil; providing things honorable in the sight of all men;

Owe no one anything, but to love one another; for he that loves another has fulfilled the law.

Here, moreover, it is required in stewards, that one be found faithful.
