The commands to fear the Lord are right and endure forever. The judgments given by the Lord are trustworthy and absolutely just. Yes, your servant finds moral guidance there; those who obey them receive a rich reward.
and you, O Lord, demonstrate loyal love. For you repay men for what they do.
Calamity pursues sinners, but prosperity rewards the righteous.
The backslider will be paid back from his own ways, but a good person will be rewarded for his.
I, the Lord, probe into people's minds. I examine people's hearts. I deal with each person according to how he has behaved. I give them what they deserve based on what they have done.
