And thou shalt say unto Pharaoh, The LORD hath said thus: Israel is my son, even my firstborn. And I have said unto thee, Let my son go that he may serve me, but thou hast refused to let him go; therefore, behold, I will slay thy son, even thy firstborn.

And they shall place my name upon the sons of Israel, and I will bless them.

And all people of the earth shall see that thou art called by the name of the LORD, and they shall be afraid of thee.

if my people, upon whom my name is invoked, shall humble themselves and pray and seek my face and turn from their wicked ways, then I will hear from the heavens and will forgive their sin and will heal their land.

even every one that is called by my name, for I have created them for my glory; I have formed them; yea, I have made them.

Ye are the sons of the LORD your God: ye shall not cut yourselves nor make any baldness over your eyes for the dead.

And Moses with the priests the Levites spoke unto all Israel, saying, Take heed and hearken, O Israel; today thou art become the people of the LORD thy God.

They have corrupted themselves, their spot is that they are not his sons; they are a perverse and crooked generation. Do ye thus repay the LORD, O foolish and unwise people? Is he not thy father that has possessed thee? He made thee and established thee.

I will be his father, and he shall be my son. If he commits iniquity, I will chasten him with the rod of men and with the stripes of the sons of men;

He shall build a house for my name, and he shall be my son, and I will be his father; and I will establish the throne of his kingdom over Israel for ever.

And he said unto me, Solomon, thy son, he shall build my house and my courts, for I have chosen him to be my son, and I will be his father.

In the fear of the LORD is strong confidence, and there his sons shall have hope.

Behold, I and the children whom the LORD has given me are for signs and for wonders in Israel from the LORD of the hosts, who dwells in Mount Zion.

For the earnest hope of the creatures waits for the manifestation of the sons of God.

with the hope that the same creatures shall be delivered from the slavery of corruption into the glorious liberty of the sons of God.

For unto those whom he knew beforehand, he also marked out beforehand the way that they might be conformed to the image of his Son, that he might be the firstborn among many brethren.

For it was expedient that he, for whom are all things and by whom are all things, preparing to bring forth many sons in his glory, should perfect the author of their saving health through sufferings. For both he that sanctifies and those who are sanctified are all of one, for which cause he is not ashamed to call them brethren,

And again, I will put my trust in him. And again, Behold I and the children which God has given me.

for whom the Lord loves, he chastens and scourges everyone whom he receives as a son. If ye endure chastening, God deals with you as with sons; for what son is he whom the father does not chasten?

Furthermore, we have had fathers of our flesh who corrected us, and we gave them reverence; is it not much better to be in subjection to the Father of spirits, and we shall live?

Behold, what charity the Father has given us, that we should be called the sons of God; therefore the world does not know us, because it does not know him. Beloved, now we are the sons of God, and it is not yet made manifest what we shall be; but we know that if he shall appear, we shall be like him; for we shall see him as he is.

In this the sons of God are manifest, and the sons of the devil: whosoever does not righteousness and that loves not his brother is not of God.

Ye are of God, little children, and have overcome them because greater is he that is in you than he that is in the world.

He that overcomes shall inherit all things; and I will be his God, and he shall be my son.
