'Prayer' in the Bible
But this kind does not come out except by prayer and fasting."
He told them, "It is written, "My house is to be called a house of prayer,' but you are turning it into a hideout for bandits!"
You will receive whatever you ask for in prayer, if you believe."
He told them, "This kind can come out only by prayer and fasting."

Therefore, make it your habit to confess your sins to one another and to pray for one another, so that you may be healed. The prayer of a righteous person is powerful and effective.
