'To the Lord' in the Bible
"Again ye heard that it was said to the ancients, You shall not swear falsely, but shall perform to the Lord your oaths;"
And many of the sons of Israel will he turn to the Lord their God.

with good-will doing service, as to the Lord, and not to men;
Whatsoever ye do, do it heartily, as to the Lord, and not to men;
knowing that from the Lord ye shall receive the recompense of the inheritance: ye are doing service to the Lord, Christ.
