I have come in my Father's name, and you refuse to accept me. If someone else comes in his own name you will accept him.

So God's message continued to spread; the number of the disciples in Jerusalem increased rapidly, and a great many priests accepted the faith.

But the testimony that I accept is not from any man; I am only saying this that you may be saved.

I do not accept any honor from men,

Yet how can you believe in me, when you accept honor from one another, instead of seeking the honor that comes from the one God?

Whoever rejects me and refuses to accept my teachings is not without his judge; the very message I have given will be his judge on the Last Day,

for I have given them the truths that you gave me, and they have accepted them and been convinced that I came from you, and they believe that you sent me.
