The kings of the earth stood by, And the rulers assembled Against the Lord and against his Christ.'

We are made fools of, for the sake of Christ, while you are men of sense, through being united with him. We are weak, you are strong. You are distinguished, we are despised.

Those who are of the earth are like him who was of the earth, and those who are of heaven are like him who is from heaven,
