The Son of Man will send out his angels, and they will gather out of his Kingdom all things that cause stumbling, and those who do iniquity,



Or do you not know that the unrighteous will not inherit the Kingdom of God? Do not be deceived. Neither the sexually immoral, nor idolaters, nor adulterers, nor effeminate, nor men who have sexual relations with men, nor thieves, nor covetous, nor drunkards, nor slanderers, nor swindlers, will inherit the Kingdom of God.

The LORD is righteous in all his ways, and gracious in all his works.




Now the passage of the Scripture which he was reading was this, "He was led as a sheep to the slaughter. As a lamb before his shearer is silent, so he does not open his mouth.

He took with him Peter and the two sons of Zebedee, and began to be sorrowful and severely troubled. Then he said to them, "My soul is exceedingly sorrowful, even to death. Stay here, and watch with me." He went forward a little, fell on his face, and prayed, saying, "My Father, if it is possible, let this cup pass away from me; nevertheless, not what I desire, but what you desire."


For the zeal of your house consumes me. The reproaches of those who reproach you have fallen on me.


But I am a worm, and no man; a reproach of men, and despised by the people.

For even Christ did not please himself. But, as it is written, "The reproaches of those who reproached you fell on me."



For who is greater, one who sits at the table, or one who serves? Is not it he who sits at the table? But I am in the midst of you as one who serves.

Jesus therefore, perceiving that they were about to come and take him by force, to make him king, withdrew again to the mountain by himself.

Then Jesus came from Galilee to the Jordan to John, to be baptized by him. But John would have hindered him, saying, "I need to be baptized by you, and you come to me?" But Jesus, answering, said to him, "Allow it now, for this is the fitting way for us to fulfill all righteousness." Then he allowed him.


Joseph also went up from Galilee, out of the city of Nazareth, into Judea, to the city of David, which is called Bethlehem, because he was of the house and family of David; to enroll himself with Mary, who was pledged to be married to him, being pregnant. Then he poured water into the basin, and began to wash the disciples' feet, and to wipe them with the towel that was wrapped around him.




Now I, Nebuchadnezzar, praise and extol and honor the King of heaven; for all his works are truth, and his ways justice; and those who walk in pride he is able to humble."

The works of his hands are truth and justice. All his precepts are sure.






For however many are the promises of God, in him they are "Yes." Therefore also through him they are "Amen," to the glory of God through us.


You will give truth to Jacob, and mercy to Abraham, as you have sworn to our fathers from the days of old.


All the paths of the LORD are loving kindness and truth to those who keep his covenant and his testimonies.




He will send from heaven, and save me, he rebukes the one who is pursuing me. Selah. God will send out his loving kindness and his truth.


They sang the song of Moses, the servant of God, and the song of the Lamb, saying, "Great and marvelous are your works, Lord God, the Almighty. Righteous and true are your ways, O King eternal.


I heard the altar saying, "Yes, Lord God, the Almighty, true and righteous are your judgments."
